Everything you wanted to know but were afraid to ask
Private and public housing developments scheduled to be completed in Alameda in the next 3 years will provide over 2,500 new homes to the community. Many of these homes are new housing styles (such as townhomes and condos) not available as new construction in the city for many years. These developments will shift the current realty market for homes and commercial spaces.
This is your opportunity to hear directly from representatives from the City and private developers regarding all the current developments and ask your questions. In addition, a bus tour has been arranged for those interested in seeing a selection of the development site.
Featured Speaker: Andrew Thomas, Alameda City Planner
