The REALTOR® members of the Alameda Association of REALTORS® (AAOR) have overwhelmingly approved the vote to merge into the Bay East Association of REALTORS®. The voter turnout for this election was 72.85%!
Beginning January 1, 2017, AAOR will become a chapter of the Bay East Association. Michael Baldasarra will serve as the 2017 Chapter Chair and Jose Cerda-Zein as our Vice Chair. In addition, a new North County district will be established and Anne McKereghan will serve as the District Director on the Bay East Board of Directors. We are excited about the new expanded services and benefits coming to our members in 2017.
Congratulations to Michael, Jose and Anne! Many of our current leadership will serve on committees to support our local Alameda Chapter and continue our local presence.
